Urgent requirement: we are hiring a general labourer in Norton County, Kansas. The job is with a civil contractor. You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns Rotating shifts.
