Road roller operator wanted in Choctaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Choctaw County, Alabama. The job is on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension Overtime paid at a premium rate.
