Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Stanley County, South Dakota. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
