We are recruiting: die-casting operator (Sokoto State)

Join our team: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. On a typical shift you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection We offer ₦195,000 per month plus benefits.
