You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
