Deboner — Makurdi Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Makurdi Local Government Area, Benue State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
