Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Broward County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Broward County, Florida. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
