Powder coating technician wanted in Rutherford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
