Now hiring: QC inspector (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a QC inspector in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts On a typical shift you will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
