Catering cook wanted in Awka North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Awka North, Anambra State. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
