Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Tudun Wada, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
