Join our team: we are hiring a pressman in Logan County, Kansas. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. On a typical shift you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
