Pipe tig welder — Uzo-Uwani

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
