PVC window fabricator — Dundy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Dundy County, Nebraska. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
