Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Pocahontas County, Iowa. The role involves fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block.
