Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Frederick County, Maryland. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. The role involves mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Part-time with flexible hours.
