Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Queen Anne's County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
