Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 6+ years on the tools preferred.
