Deboner • Charlotte County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Charlotte County, Florida. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
