The role involves: • Deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and rotational offs • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system Full-time with occasional weekends.
