Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Wisconsin)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
