Car painter — Dumfries and Galloway

Join our team: we are hiring a car painter in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. You will be based in a spray booth. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
