MIG/MAG welder wanted in Cherokee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Cherokee County, North Carolina. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
