Confectioner wanted in Petroleum County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Petroleum County, Montana. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
