System formwork carpenter wanted in Essex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Essex County, Massachusetts. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
