On the job you will handle: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
