Catering cook — Enugu East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Enugu East, Enugu State. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
