Gantry crane operator — Kenosha County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Full-time with occasional weekends.
