Lift technician • Curry County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Curry County, New Mexico. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
