Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Coal County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
