Powder coating technician — Richland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Richland County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
