Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Adair County, Oklahoma. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time with occasional weekends.
