HVAC-R technician — Kinney County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Kinney County, Texas. On a typical shift you will install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; service split AC units and VRF systems; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Full-time, day shift.
