Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
