Urgent requirement: stainless steel welder (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. On a typical shift you will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
