CNC machine operator wanted in Oxfordshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Oxfordshire, England. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands Six days a week, one day off.
