Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours The role involves cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish.
