Powder coater — Midland County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Midland County, Michigan. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
