Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Cibola County, New Mexico. The job is in a bread factory. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred.
