On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 6+ years on the tools preferred.
