Road roller operator • Island County, Washington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Island County, Washington. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Performance bonus on top of base pay.
