Site safety steward wanted in Abbeville County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Abbeville County, South Carolina. You will work on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day to day you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry.
