Urgent requirement: foundry labourer (West Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Wyoming County, West Virginia. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Six days a week, one day off. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
