Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Warren County, Tennessee. You will work in a catering unit. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
