Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Calabar Municipal, Cross River State. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
