Now hiring: commis chef (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Blaine County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
