Dishwashing attendant — Clinton County

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Clinton County, Iowa. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
