Great opportunity: kitchen porter (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature 3+ years on the tools preferred.
