Fabricator-welder — McMullen County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in McMullen County, Texas. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Day to day you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
