UPVC welding machine operator wanted in Clearwater County

Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Clearwater County, Idaho. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Six days a week, one day off.
